Octocore Band success!

It’s around a year since I introduced the Octocore bands to my advanced Pilates class and these have been a huge success with clients really feeling that they challenge the back and core deeply, and in a way that weight training really can’t.

Like the Pilates Reformer it’s preferable to have some experience of Pilates matwork before you use them – and it’s best under close supervision – either a 121 session or in my small classes (8-10 people maximum).

Of course you can do 121 Pilates without these, in fact I have never had such a busy month than May with many new 121 Pilates clients and some previous clients returning and wanting to get fit for Summer.

I still have space in most classes until the end of the block on 25/6/26 so let me know if you want to try it Beginner or not.
